Responsible Consumption
The Summit has a liqour license issued by the City of Aurora and the State of Colorado. By law, all liqour consumed in our facility must be provided by us, and we must purchase it from authorized distributors.

We will not serve anyone under the age of 21, and anyone appearing to be under the age of 30 will be asked for identification. Also, the bar will close one half hour before the end of an event.

Host Bar Service
In a Host Bar, you purchase the alcohol from us, and we serve it to your guests free of charge.

Cash Bar Service
At a Cash Bar, your guests purchase their drinks directly from our bartender. You pay nothing.

Combined Host/Cash Bar
There are several ways of combining a Host and a Cash bar. For instance, you may provide your guests with beer and wine on a host basis, and they could purchase any other type of drink from the bartender.
